Heval covers a floor area of 102,000㎡, has casting workshop, machining finish workshop and NDT center and a construction area of 36,000㎡.      

        The casting workshop use the alkaline phenolic resin sand technology, the annually capacity is 10,000 tons high quality steel castings and the maximum weight of one piece is 10 tons. Types of steel include carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.
        The machining workshop has vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, CNC, machining center etc. The annual machining capability is 7,000tons.

        The NDT center has Ir-192,Co-60, linear accelerator and other related RT facilities, and MT, UT, PT. Besides the company also have full set of sand testing device, spectroscopic analysis device imported from Germany, metallographic microscope analyzer, intergranular corrosion, universal testing machine,  lower temperature impact testing machine, hardness testing device etc. All the tests are performed by qualified full-time inspectors，to make sure that the product will reach customers’ requirements for casting quality.
